Decisions and handoff
- Use sourced public contact/location details; private operational contacts do not belong in a public listing.
- Fictional capture businesses must remain identifiable as sample records.
Recovery and acceptance
- Fetch/provider failure should leave review state intact.
- Validate public exposure after approval in a safe integration test.
