Organize boards
Create focused collections, manage their order, and preserve the protected Home board.

Task sequence
- Create a titled board from the dashboard.
- Use settings Boards to edit description, icon or visibility.
- Reorder unlocked rows.
- Return to the dashboard and select a board, including overflow collections.
Data and persistence
Board rows carry position and isLocked. Source APIs scope operations to the signed-in user. The data layer protects the locked default separately from the UI.
Failure and recovery
Board editor errors remain visible. Reordering has no rollback; failed board selection has limited feedback. A capture fixture is not an authorization test.
Acceptance criteria
- Home remains locked.
- Description maximum is 120 characters.
- Public/private values are explicit.
