Interaction and composition
Creating opens from the dashboard header. Editing opens from an unlocked board row in settings. Public visibility changes a shareable reading route; it does not make the owner management UI public.
Responsive behavior
Card is the same centered editor shell. The character counter helps fit short descriptions; long inputs and suggestions may still cause overflow.
Accessibility contract
Public toggle exposes aria-pressed and has a name. Title/description rely on placeholders. Counter and error text are not announced automatically.
Known implementation gaps
Title validation is primarily API-driven. The overlay lacks full dialog semantics. Account/board access policies are read from source, not penetration-tested.
