Delete with clear consequences

Task sequence

• Choose the named removal action.
• Read the native confirmation.
• Cancel to keep the current record.
• Confirm only when the removal scope is understood.

Data and persistence

Link removal deletes one record. Board removal also deletes contained links. Account removal removes the user’s workspace. These are source flows; screenshot preparation does not execute production deletion.

Failure and recovery

There is no undo interface. Failed link/board delete responses return silently; account deletion has its own state. Native browser confirmations are not redesigned into custom dialogs for screenshots.

Acceptance criteria

• The consequence is stated before mutation.
• Board deletion is not equivalent to deleting an empty board label.
• Production deletion is excluded from documentation capture.
