Interaction and responsive behavior
- Keep a task in one meaningful ownership context after moving it.
- Do not equate hiding completed work with deleting it.
- Milestones group tasks; they are not separate projects.
Accessibility contract
- Completion and move actions have distinct names.
- Inbox uses polite announcements after actions.
- Test expandable completed groups with keyboard and assistive technology.
Known gaps and readiness
Mutation failure feedback is not standardized. The fixture harness proves layout and local affordances, not server-side ownership changes.
