An agenda-based rebuild that connects project direction to time set aside for doing the work.

Radarist began with a useful constraint: every active project should have one concrete next action. That keeps the view honest about what a person can actually do next, rather than presenting every task as an equally urgent choice.

The latest rebuild takes that idea into the agenda. Project work, meetings, inbox review, and breaks live on a shared timeline. A project block shows the next action alongside the project’s identity, making the connection between planning the work and reserving time for it visible.

Project cards provide the broader view across areas of work. A detailed project view then reveals tasks and milestone groups, while Spaces organize responsibilities and the Inbox gives loose thoughts somewhere trusted to land. These supporting views keep the agenda from becoming the only place where work can be understood.

The visual system uses project colors, rounded controls, and coordinated light and dark themes across desktop and phone layouts. The technical rebuild adds a typed Next.js and Postgres foundation to a product that originally grew from a customized WordPress application.

This entry shows the agenda-based version currently in development. Its captures use isolated sample projects and schedules, rather than live planning records. The Work in Progress label distinguishes this rebuild from the earlier public Radarist product.
